Supporting Youth (12-17) & Young Adults (18-26) through:
Individualized Support: Holistic Mental Health Care
Participants receive 1:1 coaching, therapy, peer support, and life planning, supported by a multidisciplinary team of licensed providers, interns, and community-based practitioners.
(Will launch in 2026)
Community-Based Prevention: Creative Workshops
Weekly therapeutic group workshops focused on creative expression (music, artmaking, movement, sandtray), nutrition and cooking, and storytelling. These sessions support emotional regulation, connection, and trust-building.
Nature-Based Engagement: Eco-Therapy, Mindfulness Walks, Animal Care
Youth experience outdoor, experiential activities such as horticulture, animal care, mindfulness, and trail walks, tied to therapeutic goals like stress reduction and life skill development.
